Energy bar rich in carbohydrates based on nuts and pumpkin seeds. Suitable for vegans.
Race Days are an evolution of the Endurance Fuel Bar; they are thinner, easier to transport and chew.
The main features of this bar are:
- Reduced dimensions and 40 g in weight.
- The amount of figs was increased and dates were reduced, thus controlling the glycemic index, providing energy but reducing insulin spikes.
- One bar has between 124 and 175 kcal and between 15 and 25 g of carbohydrates, depending on the flavor.
- They contain pumpkin seeds, which give consistency to the texture and provide healthy lipids and proteins.
- With organic ingredients such as dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil and sultanas.
- A vitamin complex with 10 vitamins was added, corresponding to 50% of the VRN.
Citrus lemon: with lemon powder, lemon flakes and organic dark chocolate chips.
HOW TO TAKE: Take one Race Day bar every 30-60 minutes as needed, both in training and competition. It is also perfect to take before practicing sports and covering the energy needs of that moment before exercising.
