Mix the contents of each sachet with 500ml of water and shake well until completely dissolved. Be careful, you need to mix the right amounts for the hydrogel technology to work. The content is designed to be mixed with water that has a calcium content of less than 40mg / L. Higher levels of calcium could affect its dissolution. This is the world's first energy gel.
