DRINK MIX 320 AND 160
Mix the contents of each sachet with 500ml of water and shake well until completely dissolved. Be careful, you need to mix the right amounts for the hydrogel technology to work. The content is designed to be mixed with water that has a calcium content of less than 40mg / L. Higher levels of calcium could affect its dissolution. You can consume the drink before, during and / or after doing physical activity.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Drink Mix 320 and Drink Mix 160, is a drink with applied hydrogel technology. When the powder is mixed with water, a sports drink is created that contains a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. The sports drink instantly turns into a hydrogel once it comes into contact with stomach acid. The hydrogel allows a fluid and rapid transport of the drink to the intestine, where water, salt and carbohydrates are quickly absorbed.
This is the world's first energy gel. This is a bold statement, however, from a technical perspective, traditional gels are water and carbohydrates mixed in syrups, which often contain added flavors and preservatives. The GEL 100 is completely different. It is a biopolymer matrix, with a unique combination of fructose and glucose (ratio of 0.8: 1) that allows the uptake of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
GEL 100 has been created based on hydrogel technology and manufactured with six natural ingredients. It does not contain colorants or preservatives and comes in 40g portions which contain 60% carbohydrates, which represents a high weight-energy ratio.
