The main features of this bar are:

• Reduced dimensions and 40 g in weight.
• The amount of figs was increased and dates were reduced, thus controlling the glycemic index, providing energy but reducing insulin spikes.
• One bar has between 124 and 175 kcal and between 15 and 25 g of carbohydrates, depending on the flavor.
